Passeggiando un po'

Buongiorno!
Come ultimo post dell'anno, prima di iniziare a preparare la mia parte di cenone (andiamo a casa di amici e ognuno porta qualcosa), vorrei condividere con voi delle foto che ho scattato il 27 dicembre, una splendida giornata di sole.
Io e mia mamma siamo andate a fare una passeggiata al mare .

In the last post of the year, before starting to cook my part of dinner (we go to some friends house and each of us will bring something), I would share with you some picture I took on 27 of December, a wonderful and bright day.
My mom and I went to the sea for a walk.

Per quanto mi riguarda, penso che questo sarà probabilmente l'anno più importante della mia vita, mi laureerò e mi sposerò. Spero che vada tutto bene!

OH OH OH! Come state?
Spero che abbiate passato un buon Natale con la vostra famiglia e con gli amici!
Noi siamo tornati ieri da Fano, dove vive la mia famiglia, un po' stanchi ma moolto felici!
Siamo stati davvero bene con tutta la mia famiglia e nonostante tutto Babbo Natale ci ha portato un sacco di regali!

Ma prima di parlare dei regali di Babbo Natale, vorrei mostrarvi qualcosa che ho preparato per mia nonna e per mia zia. Ho comperato il pattern su Crochet Spot e ho fatto questi bellissimi sottobicchieri.
Volevo postarli prima di Natale ma non ho avuto tempo!

I hope you had a very beautiful and happy Christmas with your family and friends!
We came back yesterday from Fano, where my family live, just a little bit tired but soooo happy :D
We spent really good time with all my family and in spite of all, Santa Claus bring us lots of gift!

But before talking about Santa Claus gifts, I would like to show you something I prepared for my Grandma and for my Aunt.
I bought the pattern on Crochet Spot and I made these wonderful Christmas coaster. I wanted to post them before Christmas but I had no time! 

E adesso, vi mostrerò alcuni dei regali che ho ricevuto, sono sicura che vi piaceranno :P

Credo che abbiano capito quanto mi piace cucinare perchè non ho chiesto niente (eccetto per mio fratello che voleva un consiglio) ma li amo tutti!! 

I think that they understand how much I like to cook because I didn't ask nothing (except my brother which wanted an advice) but I love them all! 

Ho ricevuto anche altri bellissimi regali ma ve li farò vedere la prossima volta, mi sa che non posso caricare più foto!

E' Natale! (Christmas Time!)

Buongiorno!

Si lo so, è un po' che non pubblico un post come si deve, ma dato che ho finito il servizio civile, mi sono concessa una settimana di meritato riposo (più disintossicazione da internet) a casa con la mia famiglia!
Poi sono tornata per due giorni, il tempo di preparare le valige e via in montagna per il ponte dell'Immacolata!
Sono tornata domenica sera, ieri pulizie e adesso mi dedico a voi!
Di solito l'8 dicembre preparo l'albero di Natale, ma quest'anno non ero a casa e sono un po' indietro.. al momento l'unico addobbo natalizio è questo cuscino, che mia mamma ha cucito per me l'anno scorso

Good morning!
Yes, I know, no posts these days, but I completed my year of civil service (I'm not sure about translation, it's a year you can do instead of the military service..but it's not obligatory!) so I decided to go home to spend time with my family (plus internet detoxification) !
I came back on Sunday and on Thursday we went to the mountain with our friends!
So, yesterday I made the housework and now post time!
Usually I prepare Christmas Tree on 8th december but this year I wasn't home and at the moment the only Christmas decoration is this cushion my mom sewed for me last year

I think it is delightful,  I like it so much that I would like to hung it up all the year *.*

Io lo trovo delizioso, mi piace così tanto che lo lascerei appeso al muro tutto l'anno *.*

Sorpresine! (little surprises!)

Ciao cari!
Questa settimana è stata parecchio noiosa senza Dvd. E' andato in Sicilia per lavoro ma oggi è tornato a casa!
Dvd mi aveva detto di essere malaticcio, con un brutto raffreddore e mal di gola, così ho deciso di cucinare qualcosa di caldo e delizioso per l'ora del te/colazione e per cena!
Ho trovato una ricetta per i biscotti di pan di zenzero (ehm..senza zenzero, solo cannella e noce moscata..non l'ho trovato..) e ho fatto un albero di Natale. Ho comprato lo stampo questa mattina, è la prima volta che lo uso quindi direi che è quasi un buon lavoro.

Hi Everybody!
This week was so boring without Dvd. He was in Sicily because of work but today he comes back!!
Dvd said me that he was a little bit sick, with a bad cold and sore throat so today I decided to cook something warm and delicious for tea time/breakfast and for dinner !
I find a recipe for gingerbread (ehm..without ginger..only cinnamon and spice nutmeg (?)..don't find it..) biscuits and I made a Christmas tree. I bought the mould this morning, this is the first time I try to use it so I think it's almost a good work.

E per cena, qualcosa che adoro davvero : i Passatelli in brodo! H preparato il brodo a casa, non mi piace usare il dado e ho anche fatto i passatelli con le mie mani! (mooolto felice!!) 

And for dinner, something I really love : "Passatelli in brodo", passatelli with meat stock! Passatelli is a kind of egg pasta made with bread crumbs, parmigiano, lemon peel, salt, spice nutmeg and a little bit of flour.

I prepared the stock at home, I don't like to use  stock-cube and I made also passatelli with my hands! (sooo happy!!)

Il problema con i passatelli è la cottura, se l'impasto non è perfetto si sgretoleranno nel brodo!

Ho provato a cuocerne alcuni e sono rimasti interi :-)

 The problem with passatelli is cooking : if the mixture is not perfect they will crumble away in the stock! I tried to cook some of them and luckily they remained one-piece :-)


Mi dispiace per i pochi post della settimana, ma sto studiando letteratura italiana, interessante ma 1770 pagine dalle origine a oggi più l'Inferno di Dante e altri libri..giusto un po' pesante :-/

I'm sorry, no lots of posts this week, but I'm studying Italian Literature, interesting but 1770 pages from the beginning of litterature from today, plus Dante's Inferno, and other books..just a little hard :-/

Rose

Oggi, ieri, domani, fino a venerdì, sarò sola a casa, certo c'è Totoro, ma non il mio adorato Dvd. Quando sono sola penso molto alla mia vita, alla mia famiglia, ai miei amici e spesso divento triste, non perchè sono infelice, mi piace la mia vita, non so perchè..quindi per cercare di stare serena oggi, guarderò le rose che Dvd mi ha regalato  a ottobre.

Today, yesterday, tomorrow, until Friday in the evening, I will be lonely at home, sure there is Totoro, but not my lovely Dvd. When I'm alone I think so much about my life, my family, my friends and often I become sad, not because I'm unhappy, I like my all life, I don't know why..so to try to be calm today I will look at roses Dvd gave my as a gift in October.

Cappello!

Ieri sera non avevo sonno, così ho iniziato a fare un cappello molto semplice (pattern gratuito da Ravelry) e oggi l'ho finito! Si intona perfettamente con la mia borsa rossa e adesso manca solo la sciarpa. Finalmente è arrivato il freddo vero, così posso usarlo subito!

Yesterday evening I wasn't tired, so I began this hat, very very simple to crochet (free pattern on Raverly) and today I finished it! It is perfect with my red bag and now I have only to do the scarf. Luckily this week is really cold so I can use it immediately!

Un caldo regalo..finito!

Domenica andrò a trovare i miei nonni e per fortuna sono riuscita a finire lo scialle che vorrei regalare alla mia adorata nonnina, Elena. Non ci sentiamo molto per telefono, ma io penso a lei tutti i giorni, mi manca tanto e anche io le manco; me lo ha detto un giorno e mi veniva da piangere, perché con lei non riesco ad esprimere tutto quello che vorrei a parole. Allora ho pensato di prepararle qualcosa con le mie mani, qualcosa di caldo, fatto con amore e dedizione. L'ho finito oggi pomeriggio (nonostante il braccio indolenzito dalla donazione di sangue di questa mattina). Spero davvero che le piaccia. E' stata lei ad insegnarmi a lavorare all'uncinetto, a ricamare quando ero una bambina e dopo tanti anni di inattività credo proprio di aver fatto un ottimo lavoro! 

On Sunday I will go to my grandparents' house and luckily I finished the shawl I would give as a gift to my adored grandmother, Elena. We don't call each other every day but I think of her every day, I miss her so much and I miss to her too, once she said it to me and I was close to tears because sometimes  I can't express myself as I would with words. So, I thought to do for her something with my hands, something warm, made with love and devotion. I finished it today and I really hope she will like it. When I was a child my grandma taught me to crochet and to embroider and after lots of years without crocheting I really think I have done a good work!

Buongiorno!
sono viva, ma durante il weekend mi sono dedicata allo scialle per mia nonna, sabato vado a casa e vorrei darglielo. Spero proprio che le piaccia il mio regalo!
Eravamo rimasti ai muffin, arancia e mandorle. A Dvd sono piaciuti, invece secondo me sapevano troppo di arancia e non credo che li rifarò! Pazienza, ci sono altre mille ricette che devo ancora provare, non mi abbatto!

I'm alive, but during the weekend I continued the shawl for my grandmother. On Sunday I will go home and  I want to give it to her. I really hope she will like my present!
But, we were speaking about muffin: orange and almonds. Dvd said they taste good, but I think there is so much orange. Never mind, I can try lots of other recipes!

Questa mattina avevo proprio voglia di preparare qualcosa di buono, facile e veloce, e ho scelto i muffin!
Li ho fatto con mandorle e arance, e credo che saranno deliziosi!
Ma prima di mangiarli aspetterò l'ora del te, perché probabilmente una mia amica verrà a trovarmi, poi vi dirò se sono buoni!

This morning I wanted to cook something greedy and fast to prepare and I choose muffins !
I made them with orange and almonds, and I think they will be delicious!
But before eating them I will wait tea time, because probably a friend of mine will come to see me, then I will tell you if they taste good !

Precisazione (Clarification)

Buona sera,
di solito non parlo di politica, ma adesso, credo di dover fare una precisazione.
Sono orgogliosa di dirvi che nonfaccio parte di quegli italiani che hanno votato per Berlusconi.
Non ho MAI, mai votato per lui. Credo che sia una persona imbarazzante. Grazie a lui l'intero mondo ride di noi.
Quindi, volevo chiarire il mio punto di vista.

Da questo momento, niente più post di politica, scusate!

I'm proud to tell you that I'm not part of those Italian which voted for Mr Berlusconi.
I NEVER, never voted for him. I think that him is an embarrassing person. Thanks to him the entire world laugh at us.
So, I feel duty bound to clarify my view .

Oh Oh Oh!! Questa mattina è arrivato il mio pacco!
Due settimane fa ho ordinato dei gomitoli per continuare la mia coperta . Avevo già diversi colori ma me ne mancavano molti altri e ...ta-daaaa !!

Two weeks ago I ordered some balls of wool to go on with my blanket . I already had some colours but I missed so many other and ...ta-daaaa !!

Presine #2

Come progettato, ieri mi sono dedicata alle presine, questa volta non avevo voglia di seguire uno schema, così ho fatto qualcosa di molto semplice, niente di che, ma tanto so già che avranno vita breve!

As planned,  yesterday I made some potholder. This time I didn't want to follow patterns so I made something really easy to do, nothing special, but I already know they will not last long!

Presine

In due anni ho accumulato così tanti filati che non so più dove metterli, così ho deciso di smaltire almeno quei gomitoli che posso utilizzare per piccoli lavoretti.
Quindi oggi, domenica piovosa e grigia, mi dedicherò alle presine, che non bastano mai, dato che riesco a distruggerle in un nanosecondo (con queste cercherò di stare più attenta!)

During two years I stored so much yarn that I have no more space to put it, so today, a grey and rainy day, I decided to do some potholders, because I just can't get enough..yes I'm able to destroy them in a while!

I decided to knit them instead of crochet because I'm not really a good knitter, so with this kind of works I can practise a little bit.

Il Giorno Più Bello

Il 21 di Maggio, Dvd durante uno splendido weekend romantico in Toscana, mi ha chiesto di sposarlo. Una proposta con la P maiuscola con anello e con un panorama mozzafiato. Perché lui mi conosce, e sa quanto mi piaccia la campagna, così simile a quella dove sono cresciuta, dove ho lasciato un pezzetto di cuore! Ci siamo seduti sul prato, all'abbazia di Sant'Antimo (quale altra scelta possibile per un ,medievista doc?) e lì un po' titubante mi ha fatto la fatidica domanda *.*

The 21th of May, Dvd asked me to merry him, during a wonderful weekend in Tuscany. I love the country, I lived in a very very small village in the Marche coutryside for 11 years and I dropped (?) there a piece of my heart. We were seated on the grass in front of Sant'Antimo Abbey, and it was a very wonderfull day. I show you some pictures of the Day and of the weekend  *.*
